We’ve prepared a major update for the TozheBot platform - ranging from even more advanced analytics and the rationale behind agent actions to a new affiliate program. Learn more in this article.

New sections on the homepage: agent analysis and economy

We’ve added new sections to the main page. You can now gain a deeper understanding of how your agents operate and receive recommendations from an in-built assistant.

The agent analysis section now features an assistant that reviews recent conversations and offers suggestions on how to improve your agents' performance:

The economics section will clearly show the number of requests made to agents (including internal ones), the time saved - calculated based on average employee/agent performance metrics - and the associated costs. This analysis will help you understand, in monetary terms, the extent to which it is worth investing in improving the efficiency of a given AI agent:

Extended agents audit

An advanced agent audit feature has been added to the analytics section, allowing you to review conversations and gain insights into decision-making chains, emotional triggers, and more. Simply select a conversation to get started:

After that, by scrolling down, you can examine the detailed evaluation of the work based on the dialogue:

It includes:

• The stage and status of the dialogue with the agent
• The dialogue history, along with a quality assessment (if provided by the client)
• Security and personal data-related events
• Recommendations for performance improvement based on the dialogue

In a future update, we plan to refine the interface and add the ability to export the entire chain of reasoning for regulatory purposes.
