Roadmap for October
We continue to develop the beta version of our service for AI employees. In October, we are working on improving usability and stability, as well as expanding the list of integrations.
Knowledge Base TrainingWe plan to introduce additional functionality to expand knowledge bases based on the agent's actions and decisions. Any addition to the knowledge base will require human confirmation or occur automatically (configurable in the settings).
Critical Action ControlWe plan to add a mechanism for monitoring the agent's critical actions, which can be configured for any tool or MCP server.
Working on stabilityWe work daily on the stability of our services, including new features. We are currently focusing on the stability of MCP servers and external tools, as well as new connectors.
New connectorsWe plan to add new connectors for your agents - including Instagram, WhatsApp, and email with enhance the functionality of web widgets and the existing VK and Telegram connectors.
New MCPs and toolsWe are working on expanding the list of supported MCP servers and tools to help you handle your day-to-day tasks related to creating and managing AI agents.
Product localizationIn October, we plan to fully resolve the issue of localizing the service into Russian and English.
Discord Community Support (Beta)We have launched Discord community support in beta mode. The connector supports slash commands and mentions, and can analyze channel message history.
New Booking Tools (Beta)We have added new booking and scheduling tools that account for available time slots, staff workload, and available services. Bookings are processed via a confirmation step.
Knowledge Base ExpansionThe agent will automatically suggest expanding the knowledge base if it fails to provide an answer to a user—taking the entire conversation history into account.
