Hot platform updates for the week
Knowledge base templates, security module updates for AI agents, voice input support, enhancements for Telegram, VK, and Discord—and much more—are now available on the TozheBot platform.

We’re back with another update on our work on beta features, as well as improvements to existing ones. This time, we’ve put a lot of effort into updating and enhancing the stability of the features already in place.
So, let’s take a look!
Voice Input
Across all key platforms, we have added a voice input feature that allows for editing before sending the input to an agent. Voice input is available on all platforms except the Firefox browser; it functions within widgets, the operator panel, and the agent sandbox:
Voice input understands your language, so you can speak in both Russian and English.
Updating connectors for VK, Telegram and Discord
We have put a great deal of work into improving the stability of the connectors for VK, Telegram, and Discord, and have also updated their functionality.
New features:
- Telegram – the bot can now act as a secretary and can also be set up within your communities and groups to answer users' questions.
- VK – the bot is now capable of responding to user comments within a community. If it is unable to provide an answer, it will forward the question to an operator, who can then respond to the user.
- Discord – the bot can now analyze requests in community chats and respond when mentioned.
You can now build comprehensive support systems featuring a unified agent interface.
Connect with your agent in any way you choose
We have added the ability to trigger an agent using an incoming webhook connector. You can now send API requests to launch an agent directly via its webhook.
To do this, create a new connector:
Authorization is handled via a secret key, which is generated individually for each hook immediately upon its creation.
Send POST requests containing your message or request to that hook.
Other updates
Among other things, we have made a number of important improvements:
- Updated the security framework for our OGL-Mini ML framework
- Improved the stability of numerous platform components
- Added a beta-version connector for incoming email via IMAP
- Added a new internal tool (in beta) for sending arbitrary API requests
- Added a template catalog for knowledge bases
- And much more
