Basic analytics

In the basic analytics section (https://tozhebot.ru/admin/analytics), you can view key metrics for your AI office, such as the number of leads (requests), conversion rates, won deals (resolved requests), conversation volume, the ratio of conversations to requests, and a breakdown by individual agent.

Revenue attribution

In the financial metrics section (https://tozhebot.ru/admin/revenue-attribution), you can track projected and actual revenue, broken down by channel. To ensure the data displays correctly in this section, make sure to use the "Finance and KPI" section when processing requests (leads).
