User storage

The storage allows you to manage uploaded files within your project. In most cases, files in the storage are private.

The only exceptions are user avatars and agent avatars.

To make searching and management easier, you can specify a name and description for the file uploaded to the cloud:

Uploaded files for knowledge bases are also stored here; however, once indexed, you can delete the original file, as it is converted into the required format and stored in an encrypted state within the knowledge base.
