Request and Lead Management

You can view and manage requests in the corresponding section:

This is a simplified CRM system where leads generated by your AI agents are collected. You can also manage leads manually.

On the main request screen, you can view or modify the current request status, a summary and user contact details, financial metrics, the assigned person, the request's priority level, and much more.

You can also manually edit requests or create new ones:

When working with requests, you can not only modify basic request details but also manage financial metrics (which appear in the analytics) and control statuses.

Financial metrics include key KPIs that are also recorded in the analytics.

All requests and the data within them are encrypted using a post-quantum protocol (see the security section for details).
